We also offer a no-questions-asked refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 2-3 days.

All silver and gold jewellery from Pookie Jewellers is covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of shipping. This includes craftsmanship defects such as loose stones or structural issues.

⚠️ Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or dullness of metals and stones
  • Loss of gemstones or diamonds
  • Any jewellery altered or repaired by a third party
